No matter what reasons you have, you should never hurt your parents either physically or emotionally. But this gay didn’t hesitate to punch his mother.
In the video being circulated online, you will see a mother and son fighter over a mobile phone. The mother seems to be drunk but still, it’s not a good reason to hurt her.
The mother tried to reach for the phone pleading her son to return it. But instead of returning, he continued to punch her and the people around started to interfere. The commotion lasted for a while and the mother obviously got hurt. Someone from their group finally blocked the two from fighting and hurting one another.
This video goes to show that teenagers these days are being disrespectful and rude to their parents. Gone were the days when children tend to treat their parents as if they are pots of gold or a precious gem that should never get stained. Those were the times in which respect are fairly implemented in homes and even outside.
Unlike today, children disrespecting their parents is a common scene. The traditional gesture toward parents and older people when going out or coming home is starting to fade away.
This is video is a call for change and shouldn’t set aside the fact that as technology advances, more teenagers are becoming rebellious and disrespectful.
But it’s never too late. Respect should be taught to small children so when they get old, they will know the real value of it.
Commenters of the said video flooded their dismayed regarding the clear disrespectful act of the son towards his mother.
